The Motortown by the Detroit River understands the change between ups and downs like no other. Following the boom of the early decades, Detroit had become a symbol of public breakdown.

This decay, however, is coming to a spectacular end: in collaboration with people from Detroit, artists and young entrepreneurs performed a miracle. Like a phoenix from the ashes the former industrial metropolis is renewed and now ranks among the most exciting places for creative and motivated urbanites and town planners.
